Enjoyed delicious food and drinks in a gorgeously sleek atmosphere with great service. A brand new experience that will sure to be a big hit in Logan Square (and across the city)! For cocktails, you can't go wrong with the Saba Old Fashioned (with Bourbon thats blended to perfection). The Sawyer St. Sour is a refreshing treat that will surely steal the show this summer... BUT WAIT, the Fig'it About It (pronounced with strong hand gestures and hearty Chicago/Italian mob accent) is an incredibly delicious cocktail that will have you running back for more.
For appetizers, the meatballs are a must!!! Order them, and you will understand why. The mortadella dish is also mouthwatering and in true Italian style. If you're looking for something crispy and savory, then you need to try the arancini - breaded crispy salt cod risotto and the malt vinegar aioli is so delicious that you may just order another round.
For main course, you're going to have a hard time choosing between pasta dishes or pizza... both will make you want to try them all. However, at these prices (in a River North -esque beautiful interior) you might as well as order as much as your heart desires.
The lamb pizza is different and delicious - pea ricotta, braised lamb, za'atar yogurt, and herbs all combine on a perfectly crispy doughy crust. We will be back to try all the other pizzas without a doubt! Bacon & Onion, Italian, Pepperoni, Chorizo, Mushroom, and more!
The Cavatelli and Mezzaluna pastas were the pasta favorites of the night. You can't go wrong with any of the pasta dishes at Saba.
